This is a technical marketing and sales enablement role. You will be responsible for creating compelling sales materials, supporting our sales teams and distribution partners, and translating complex engineering concepts into clear, convincing language that resonates with engineers, technical experts, and safety managers.
You will work closely with our Product, Application Engineering, and Sales teams to develop messaging, positioning, and content that drives customer engagement and sales success.
You will also supervise one marketing person who handles trade shows and marketing operations.
In this role, you will:
- Define and maintain our product positioning, working closely with the Head of Product.
- Develop clear value propositions and ROI arguments for different customer segments and applications.
- Support sales teams and distribution partners with effective tools and materials. Collaborate with them on content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement within technical audiences.
- Create and continuously improve sales decks, presentations, and sales enablement materials. Produce customer testimonials, case studies, and reference stories that demonstrate product value. Collaborate with Application Engineers on the development of product sheets, brochures, technical white papers, and application notes. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content for various audiences.
- Publish and distribute technical content across LinkedIn, YouTube, website, and other relevant digital channels to reach engineers and technical buyers.
- Manage relationships with freelancers for content production (product photography, video, graphic design...).
- Supervise the Marketing Coordinator responsible for trade show execution and operational marketing.
- Oversee marketing logistics and administrative activities.
